Fanime is an anime convention in the South Bay that starts tomorrow. My plan is to head down on Saturday and get a pass for the remaining days. BayCon was great, but I've been spending a lot of time since last summer immersing myself as much as possible in anime and manga. I'm not sure if I qualify as a hardcore fan just yet, but the giant robot genre and mechs with organic designs are probably my favorites, along with mythology and steampunk.

I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures if I go.
